If an enemy dies within earshot, with none of your allies within earshot of the enemy, you recieve the buff: "Yea baby I rule =D"
"Yea Baby I rule =D" you gain +50% move speed and all monsters from radar range are aggro'd

Boo I got ninja'd - but what I said affects both I am the Strongest and Smiter's Boon

Delete along with every other PvE skill.

Split into PvE & PvP versions. Leave as is for PvP. Reduce recharge to 20 seconds, increase energy loss 2..7..9 for PvE.

Increase Recharge time to 5 seconds, reduce casting time to ½. Change functionality to:

Target ally is healed for 15..51..63 health. If that ally is under the effects of a Weapon Spell that ally is healed for an additional 15..39..47 health and no longer suffers from Blind, Weakness or Cracked Armour.

Instead of having +1 DM, have it redirect 75% of damage to the nearest minion. So it works like a better bar compressor.

Change functionality to:

For 10...73...95 seconds, you gain +40 armor, your attacks deal Holy Damage, and whenever an enchantment ends on you nearby foes are set on fire for 1...3...4 seconds. This skill is disabled for 120 seconds.
